Shipping with MiluPets

Available delivery destinations, shipping services, charges and any delivery estimates are displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping to eligible US addresses is free on orders of $40 USD or more. For orders below $40 USD, standard shipping is $8 USD. Where available, express shipping is $15 USD. Your final shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Order updates & tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking details to the email address used at checkout. You can follow the shipment on our Track Your Order page.

Tracking may not update until the carrier scans your parcel. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather or customs processing.

Address changes & delivery issues

Please check your delivery address before paying. If you need to make a change, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

If tracking shows a delivery problem or your parcel has not arrived, email us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
